Our Products are high-quality, themed sensory play kits.

2.1. Warning: Choking Hazard & Required Supervision

All Products and activities provided by Little Explorers Box are intended for use only under the constant and direct supervision of a responsible adult.

Warning: Choking Hazard — Small Parts

Our kits contain small parts that present a significant choking hazard and are not intended for any child who may still put objects in their mouth, regardless of age.

The supervising adult is solely responsible for determining the age-appropriateness of each activity and component for their child. You will find all small components packaged separately in a sealed, clearly-labelled bag. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

2.2. 'Taste-Safe' Disclaimer

While some activities may use non-toxic, pantry-based ingredients, our Products are not food and are not intended for consumption.

2.3. Product Variations

We want every Little Explorers Box to be a unique surprise! Photos on our Site are illustrative examples of our Products. The specific contents of your box may differ from those pictured. We guarantee that all curated boxes fit the designated theme and are of the same high quality and value.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1. Offer and Acceptance

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase a Product at the listed price, subject to these Terms.

3.2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of taxes such as GST where applicable.

3.3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase and is processed via our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only. We use Australia Post and/or various courier services.

4.2. Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4.3. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping on all orders.

4.4. User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

5. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

5.1. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5.2. Reporting Issues

If you believe your Product is faulty or has an issue, please contact us at letsplay@littleexplorersbox.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please include a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence where possible. We will work with you to provide a remedy in line with your consumer rights.

5.3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All content on this Site and included in our Products—including text, graphics, images, designs, and play ideas—is the exclusive property of Little Explorers Box and is protected by copyright law. This content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Explorers Box is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the improper use, or misuse, of our Products or Site. By purchasing our Products, you agree to indemnify Little Explorers Box against any claims arising from your use of the Products.
